Programs and Services

We follow the Manitoba provincial curriculum to ensure students graduate with recognized credits and strong academic foundations, while also embedding Ansininew culture, language, and values across all subject areas.

Our programs are designed to prepare students for multiple pathways after graduation, including post secondary education, skilled trades, and community leadership.

Our programs focus on:

  • Academic courses that meet Manitoba graduation requirements
  • Ansininew language instruction and culturally relevant learning opportunities
  • Land based education and traditional knowledge activities
  • Leadership development, mentorship, and student responsibility
  • With support from Manitoba First Nations SchoolNet (MFNS) and partners, access to technology, learning resources, and career readiness supports.

Our Role in the Community

We are more than a high school. We are a vital part of Garden Hill Ansininew Nation. Our school supports community life through:

  • Cultural gatherings, ceremonies, and seasonal events
  • Sports teams, recreation, and wellness activities
  • Celebrations recognizing student achievement and graduation milestones
  • Opportunities for community involvement in youth development
